The Schedule of a Health Coach

Good morning all!

So, many of you have asked: what is your schedule like as a Health Coach? So today I am going to share with you!

My Daily Schedule (click for print-out PDF Version).

My schedule changes from time to time depending on what season I’m in. Right now, this is my exact schedule.

Currently filling my time: walking, work, and good groups + lots of free space to plan whatever means the most to me.

Meal times are estimated, but usually go as planned because of my schedule. My bed time lands somewhere in the 9:00 hour. I read before bed, so it’s usually about 9:30/9:45.

Now, even though I have this schedule, I still take the time to plan my next day & close up shop each night when I am ending work. This helps me to leave work at work. When I know my plan for the next day there’s nothing left to think about for the night. I can just enjoy my free time.

Now for the rest of my eats from yesterday. Before running errands for work: some dried mango slices.

Hold me over until dinner snack: “Paige’s Favorite Green Smoothie.”

gluten free pesto pasta and salad

Dinner: gluten free brown rice pasta with broccoli and pesto + side salad with Power to the Greens blend, cucumber, bell pepper, and shredded carrots with cilantro dressing. Yum! So good 🙂 I think I’ll be having this for lunch again today.
