This is a taco! A taco that I had for lunch. A taco that is grain free, sugar free, and cheese free!
+ Grapes on the side
Split between the two:
+ two slices turkey
+ 1 tsp pesto
+ 1/4 an avocado
+ pom seeds for sweetness
+ cherry tomato halves
+ bell pepper (from my garden!)
You can easily make this wrap with lettuce too, but we didn’t have any, so I modified 🙂
So delicious! You can fill the turkey “shells” with whatever you like! There could be so many variations to this!
I have great news! If you are on the No Grains, No Sugar, No Cheese Cleanse, you CAN have Quinoa!
