I’ve peaked through the pages in Barnes & Nobles… and I love Sophia’s drive & confidence. Plus, as the Founder & CEO of Nasty Gal, I’d say she’s pretty successful, wouldn’t you?

Throughout this post: I’m going to share pictures of my vision board (for work), and write to YOU about what Healthy Hits the Spot & #GirlBoss mean to me. Enjoy!

Here’s the thing with Healthy Hits the Spot. I’m no where near as big as Nasty Gal or Sophia (okay, that goes without saying… haha). I don’t plan to be… to me, having a brand THAT big is a wee-bit intimidating… eeeeek! Cheers to those of you who are or who want to be :).

What I am, however, is a woman who loves the heck out of her job, and would do just about anything to keep Healthy Hits the Spot alive & well for a long, long time! I believe in my Business, my readers (YOU!) believe in my Business, and my Clients believe in my Business.

Healthy Hits the Spot is a blog, a community, a parter, a thriving Health Coaching practice, and a place where you girls come for encouragement… HHS is a model of healthy, mindful living WITHOUT strict rules & restriction. It’s a place of love, non-judgement, honesty, and support. And that’s how I’ll keep it.

When I think #GirlBoss, I think of HHS. I think of myself carrying the responsibility of keeping HHS  healthy and thriving. I carry that responsibility with joy. I want to make a difference, like I know all of you do as well. By being here, being apart of this community, you’re making a difference. We all need somewhere to belong, right?

Healthy Hits the Spot is going to continue growing, girls. I’m so glad you’re apart of it! I’ll continue showing up, just like you have always done!

YOU are apart, you BELONG, to THIS community of like-minded women who ALL want to encourage, and lift each other up.

My Vision Board for HHS includes pictures that inspire me to grow. It includes pictures of what’s already been done & created, and what is to come (FINALLY FREE!). It inspires me daily & reminds me of how much I love this place where we all meet 4-5 times per week. This place where I find my crazy-amazing Clients, this place where I get to build relationships with YOU.
