After years of struggling with my relationship with food, I knew it was time to invest in myself and make some positive changes. But what I didn’t realize until after I started working with Paige was that I would learn so much more about myself beyond the food and body image insecurities. We talked about and processed stress and anxiety from work, work/life balance, how to be a fully present wife and mother, and so much more. Each of our calls made me so much more confident in myself and my ability to be kind to myself and my body. Paige is so kind and nurturing, and every conversation truly felt like a call with a best friend. After our six-month program, I notice the changes I’ve incorporated into my life, and so can others – my husband and my friends have recognized me being the stronger, more confident version of myself I always longed for.
