Good morning everyone! Hope you all slept great. Today is my “off day” from the Gym, so I slept in this morning until 6:45. Felt so good!
For breakfast I scrambled together: 1 whole egg, 1 white, 1 handful of spinach, plus some already cooked tofu. I topped that with some pesto and bruschetta. So good!
When I got the house I am babysitting at today, I tried two new snacks they had in their cupboard. So happy to find both of these!
Date Almond Rolls w/ Coconut from Lassens (you can most likely find these at Whole Foods)
Marcona Almonds with Rosemary from Trader Joes- these are heavenly!
After I’m off, I am heading to the grocery store! Got to stock up on good healthy whole food snacks for my No Grains, Sugar, or Cheese cleanse.
By the way, the cleanse is going great! I feel like I am finding that there are so many options for me to eat. My favorite thing about this cleanse is that it is reminding me to eat whole foods again. It gives me a growing respect for food and really helps develop my healthy relationship to it even further. That’s always good!
