With a Limited Fridge

Good morning all! Going to do a quick post on yesterday before I get ready for the day 🙂

The morning started off with the Early Morning Pages that I teach my Clients about. Such a good way to start the morning!

Around 8:00, I had a banana + a PB Larabar

After my LB came the Gym. I spent about 45 minutes on the treadmill, and got in my Wednesday run!

After the Gym, on my way to work, I had some Green Smoothie!

Around noon, I had yogurt, agave, chia cereal, and sliced organic strawberries

Between noon and 4, I snacked on an Avocado (yes, the whole thing- good for fighting inflammation!), a few almonds, and two cuties.

Around 6:30, I had some potato salad that my Dad made. Very good, but quite rich! I couldn’t finish it all. At about 7:00, my sweet friend Jade brought over tea and we had a Jacuzzi night. We talked until almost 10pm. Even she said, “Isn’t this late for you? I never know when I text you if you’ll be up or not.” Haha, this is so true… I go to bed so early!

I’m off to work. I’ve got Nannying in the morning, and then two Health Consultations this afternoon. I’m still working on opening up August spots guys! Keeping that waiting list full!

Have a wonderful day! I’ve got to get to Trader Joe’s today. The fridge is so limited right now, and I need some veggies!
